Headroom Consulting LLC ("Headroom Consulting," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website headroomconsulting.co (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our Site, book a consultation, take the Revenue Leak Assessment, download resources, or otherwise interact with us.

Information You Provide Directly

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you interact with our Site, including:

• Consultation Bookings (via Calendly): Name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title.
• Revenue Leak Assessment: First and last name, email address, company name, your role, the number of sales reps on your team, and your answers to the assessment questions about how your sales team works. When you submit it, we also record your approximate location (city, region, and country), which our hosting provider derives from your IP address. We use this information to generate your personalized report and PDF.
• Email Inquiries: Name, email address, and any information you include in your message.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, certain information is collected automatically:

• Request Data: The pages you request and the referring URL.
• Device Information: Browser type and version, and operating system.
• Network Information: IP address and approximate geographic location (city/country level).

This information is collected through the following technologies:

• Vercel (Hosting): Our hosting provider may collect server logs including IP addresses and request metadata. Vercel's Privacy Policy
• Google Fonts: Our pages load their fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser information when a page loads. Google's Privacy Policy

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or remarketing tools on our Site. If we add them, we will update this Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide our services: Scheduling and conducting consultations, delivering requested resources (such as your Revenue Leak Assessment report), and responding to inquiries.

• CRM: Close (Close.com), management of leads and contacts, including Revenue Leak Assessment submissions
• Email Marketing: MailerLite, delivery of your assessment report and follow-up emails
• Transactional Email: Resend, internal notifications to our team when an assessment is submitted
• Document Generation: DocRaptor, generation of your personalized Revenue Leak Assessment PDF report

These service providers are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide their services to us and are contractually obligated to protect your data.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, in response to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Headroom Consulting, our clients, or the public.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

The Revenue Leak Assessment uses your browser's own storage, which stays on your device. While you answer the questions, your progress is saved in local storage so you can pick up where you left off, and it is removed when you submit. Your finished report is then held in session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. The report page also remembers whether you chose its light or dark view.

Third-party services that our Site links to, such as Calendly, may set their own cookies when you use them. Those cookies are governed by their own privacy policies.

Managing Cookies

You can control cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete them.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless you request its deletion.

• Contact and booking information (name, email, phone, company, job title) is retained indefinitely until you request its removal.
• Automatically collected data (server logs) is retained according to our hosting provider's default retention settings.
